Mortgage Express Loans

One is called Mortgage Express. If you have excellent credit and work in a field recognized for stability, you can show your credit report, one pay stub, and be on your way.

No-Doc Mortgage Loan

In a "No-doc" loan you show your credit rating only.

No Income Verification Mortgage Loans

No Income Verification loans require you to prove that you are employed, or have been self employed for two years or more, but don't require W-2's or tax returns.

No Asset Verification Mortgages

No Asset Verification is similar. While lenders require most people to show enough money in the bank to cover a few months' payments in case of emergency, this loan doesn't require you to prove it.

A new program for the self-employed asks for 12 months bank statements in lieu of income tax returns - a big plus for businesses who traditionally "write off" every possible expense.
